Communication Strategy

We have a simple philosophy that is at the heart of the communication strategies, however complex, that we help clients to develop.

​The overwhelming majority of business models rely on a group of very loyal, and very profitable, customers.  We therefore focus on three things:
  • ​Genuine Acquisition: generating new loyal customers who buy regularly - not merely acquiring yet another one-time buyer. 
  • Maximising share of wallet:  just because your loyal customers are profitable does not mean you have maximised your share of their wallet.
  • Retention:  you work hard to generate a loyal customer, you need to be able spot the warning signs and defend against customer attrition.
