We typically start a new relationship by pulling data together from various sales and transactional sources to create a single customer view. Then, using that view as a basis, we undertake a thorough review of recent marketing activity and how the customer journey develops.  

​Once we have a basic platform in place we help clients develop a suite of marketing management reports that provide a high-level view of marketing performance.  Alongside that, we develop robust reports that reliably measure the ROI of marketing spend across channels.

​​​​To drive the efficiency of direct communications we develop targeting segmentations/models and a framework for the effective personalisation of propositions/offers.
